We moved to this area about 2 years ago and have been very impressed with our care from this surgery. The online system is very efficient to make appointments and arrange repeat prescriptions on a routine basis. If we need emergency care a doctor will call us back same day and, if thought appropriate, fit in a same day appointment. Appointments for doctors are almost always on time and although we have experienced 30 mins wait for nurse appointment, this is still within a very acceptable range compared to our previous surgery in a different location. We need to be able to get appointment on the day and also opening more ie later in evening and more doctors on call saturday.

Dr as always listened, and brought in to see the practice. Nurse Dawn who was amazing, very thorough and had a lovely manner. All the GPs are excellent. My own GP. Dr Khan included.
